  Monitor, follow-up and organize the impact assessment of the calls and of the research projects funded under these calls.

  Develop common procedures and guidelines for monitoring and assessing the impact of both calls and funded research projects.



Task 3.1 Evaluation of calls, calls procedures, and impact assessment (M1-M48)

Task leader: INIA-ES, contributors FCT-PT, IAV-MA

The results of the calls will be evaluated to ensure a further optimization of the ARIMNet and ARIMNet2 call procedure. This includes the analysis of the callsand the elaboration of proposals for modifying call procedure if necessary for next calls.The results of the evaluation will also flow into the procedures and structures for a long-term collaboration.

Task 3.2 Monitoring the progress within the research projects continuously (M1-M48)

Leader: FCT-PT, contributors INIA-ES, IAV-MA

The objective of this task is to implement procedures on monitoring the research projects funded in ARIMNet and ARIMNet2. The monitoring and evaluation criteria will be set up before starting and will be standardized within all projects.

Task 3.3 Assessment of the research projects results at mid-term and at the end (M1-M48)

Task leader:  IRESA-TN, contributor FCT-PT

An evaluation of the research projects results will be done at mid-term and at the end. A scientific panel nominated by the funding agencies will do this evaluation. A mid-term and final meeting will be organized for all the projects funded in ARIMNet and ARIMNet2.

To improve the efficiency of transfer of the project results into practice, a guideline for beneficiaries and the ERA-NET partners regarding the knowledge transfer will be prepared.
